ABOUT SOI

Soy Blitz - Power up with soySoyworks of Illinois (SOI) was born out of several years of innovation in soyfoods research and development. SOI's talented personnel bring years of experience to the tasks of developing and promoting the use of soyfoods. Using small-scale production technologies, SOI's delicious products can truly be described as "hand crafted".

HAND-CRAFTED
SOI's products were developed in cooperation with the world's leading soyfoods R & D institution - The Illinois Center for Soy Foods at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. This unique relationship gave SOI access to innovative processing technology and equipment that was installed at the university for two years while products were being developed. This innovative process is called PROVENSOI™.

Organic Cultured SoyCERTIFIED NON-GMO & ORGANIC
Each of SOI's products is truly "homegrown" in Illinois. US SOY LLC, a company that operates the premier food grade soybean facility in Illinois, supplies all the soybeans used in SOI's products. Farmers in Central Illinois grow these Certified Non-GMO and Organic Soybeans, a select variety chosen after several years of plant trials. Every step of US SOY's procedures - delivery, cleaning, bagging; even walking the fields to test the plants for variety integrity - is well documented.

LOCAL COMPANY, GLOBAL IMPACT
SOI's comprehensive manufacturing process - "from field to fork" - is based in Central Illinois, supporting Illinois agriculture and small businesses in the area. This is SOI's mandate - to be a socially responsible business, contributing to local economic and agricultural well-being, and global responsibility by supporting sustainable farming practices.
