The
ProvenSOI process is a process that SOI developed in conjunction with
the Illinois Center for Soy Foods at the University of Illinois –
Champaign/Urbana. Essentially, it is a ‘field to fork’ certification
of non-GMO soy sourcing, coupled with a proprietary soymilk processing
system which produces sweeter, richer soymilk that’s perfect for
culturing. We developed it specifically to make SOI’s great-tasting,
certified organic, certified non-GMO cultured products.
